Your First Round Starts Here
You do not need to arrive in fighting shape or know martial arts. The first visit is about getting comfortable, learning the basics, and understanding the right next step.
Fill out the form and we’ll help you choose a class based on your experience and what you’re looking for.
Wear comfortable workout clothes, bring water, and arrive a few minutes early so we can show you around and get you ready for class.
Your coach will walk you through the class, teach you the basics, and help you get started. You’ll train alongside other members while working at your own level.

No. The free introductory class is designed so a new student can experience the gym and start with fundamentals at an appropriate pace.
Wear comfortable athletic clothing that lets you move freely. Bring water. If you do not own boxing gloves or hand wraps yet, the team can guide you on equipment when you book.
No. Beginners are not expected to spar. New students first build stance, movement, defense, control, and core striking technique.
Yes. Pound 4 Pound offers youth Muay Thai for ages 5–13, and the team can help arrange the right first session.
