Professional Team
Pound 4 Pound works with professional combat athletes ranging from developing fighters to world-class competitors. The professional team is designed for athletes who need training organized around performance, upcoming fights, and technical growth.
This is not a general open-enrollment class. Professional fighters should contact the academy directly, and high-level amateurs participate on an invite-only basis.
Built Around Competition
The current professional program centers on technical partner work, fight-specific preparation, and coaching that understands high-level combat sports.

Training emphasis can shift around competition timelines so athletes prepare with purpose instead of following a generic weekly plan.
MMA athletes can work striking sequences that account for takedown threats and transitions instead of training stand-up in isolation.
Athletes receive technical feedback and coaching intended to sharpen decision-making, execution, and performance under pressure.
Strength and conditioning can be coordinated with technical work to support the physical demands of fight preparation.
